Protein Snack

So I just thought I would drop in with a quick little snack to fill you up without no cooking necessary! Per usual, I didn’t measure anything. I was just experimenting in the kitchen and the results were fantastic. Here are the ingredients:

  • Apples
  • Dates
  • Walnuts
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Tahini Butter
  • Lime

I cut the apple and dates up and placed them into a small container. I squeezed the lime over the apple slices, put a scoop of tahini on each slice and mixed in the other dry ingredients. I don’t eat peanut butter anymore. So tahini is a great substitute for it. Maybe I can even try golden raisins or golji berries or dried cherries with this snack next time. I hope you enjoy it.
